Biography:
|
Mr. Reid received his law degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia (J.D., 1948). He originally founded the firm with Meredith Turner in 1953.
Mr. Reid served as Special Assistant Attorney General in 1953 and 1957 - 1960. He was a member of the Missouri Supreme Court Committee on Jury Instructions from 1977 - 1986. Mr. Reid is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan (President 1963) and American Bar Associations; The Missouri Bar (Chairman, Civil Practice and Procedure Committee, (1974 - 1975); and Defense Research and Trial Lawyers Association. He also became a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1979.
Mr. Reid concentrates his practice on insurance defense law, medical malpractice and workers compensation. He is licensed to practice in Missouri state and federal courts.
